Terms of Service

1. The Service

Eva is an AI assistant for customer e-mail support: it fetches e-mails from the connected mailbox, triages them and prepares reply drafts. No reply is sent without the user's explicit approval (human-in-the-loop). The Service is provided by [OPERATOR], [ADDRESS], reg. no. [REG NO].

2. Account and use

  • An account may be created by a person engaged in business who is over 18 years of age; the service is intended for B2B use.
  • The user is responsible for securing their credentials and for having the right to connect the given e-mail mailbox.
  • The Service must not be used to send spam, for unlawful content, or to circumvent technical limits.

3. Plans and limits

The scope of the Service (the number of e-mails processed, chat messages, mailboxes and the size of the knowledge base) is governed by the chosen plan. Once a limit is exhausted, processing pauses until the new period or until the plan is upgraded. Prices and payment terms will be added when payments launch; until then the Service is provided in a controlled testing mode.

4. AI content and liability

  • Reply drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors. The user must review a draft before sending it; by sending it, the user makes it their own act of will.
  • We are not liable for damage arising from sending an unreviewed draft, nor for the content of third parties' e-mails.
  • The Service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability (an SLA can be agreed individually).

5. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; for the data of the user's customers, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies.

6. Termination

The user may delete the account at any time in Settings (immediate and irreversible erasure of data). We may terminate an account upon a material breach of these terms; in that case we will allow the data to be exported, unless the law prevents it.

7. Changes and governing law

We will announce changes to these terms by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. The legal relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
